RCA works with the Local Authority,  Family Information Service and Children's Centres, to provide:

o Stay and Play
o Access to high quality childcare
o Information for parents about Registered Home-based Childcare
o Meet a Childminder events
o The Childminder Forum
o The Childminder Conference.

RCA aims to raise the profile of Registered Childminding within the local community, both as a high-quality childcare option, and as a rewarding career choice. RCA provides a voice for Registered Childminders in the borough though the Forum and Conference.

Stay and Play sessions are linked to Children’s Centres and provide a route for accessing information about childcare options, family learning, and other relevant services. All sessions are facilitated by one of our team of Stay and Play Support Workers.
